If you want to print your logo or create your own sample pack, please contact us. We ship your samples by using air express, such as DHL, UPS and Fedex, so you can receive them quickest and in the best conditions. You will get a tracking number when we ship them out. Ask for recommendation from your account manager if you don’t know what to pick for your target market.

Your Account manager will take all the information from above and create a quote for your first private label cosmetics order. All private label makeup or cosmetic orders will require full payment before we begin to process your order.

No matter you have your own graphic designer or not, our design team will work together with you to finalize your bespoke design for your packaging. In some cases, we can prototype a sample for you to confirm.

Step 05. Production ＆ Shipping

Q: Can I ask for creating a new sample pack for the specific items?

A: Yes. Select the items you like and then leave a message to support@fincocosmetic.com, your account manager will create a new sample pack for you.

Q: Are the products Cruelty-Free and Vegan friendly?

A: Yes, we never test on animals and the ingredients are vegan friendly.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity for logo printing?

A: From 15 pcs/products, we can start to print your logo on the makeup container and boxes. However, if your quantities of your order does not reach 50pcs/products, we will charge you a fee of $20 - $40 for logo printing. This printing fee will be refunded to you in your subsequent order.

Q: How can you guarantee your products’quality?

A: We are makeup manufacture with 10 years’ experience. And have the GMPC and ISO22716 certificates. All the formula can offer MSDS for each item. Professional customer service team 24 hours on-line. If you are worried, you can order our sample package for testing.

Q: Can I view sample pricing and breakdown by quantities?

A: Yes. The price will be displayed on each product’s page, but if you contact our sales team you will have a surprise price list.

Production

For sample orders: it will be sent out within 7 days.

For Private Label Orders: it will be sent out within 2 weeks.

Shipping

For small sample packs, you can select whether you want Standard shipping or DHL shipping on the checkout page. If via DHL, it will be delivered within 7 working days. If standard shipping is selected, it usually takes 15-25 working days. We recommend you choose DHL so that you can receive the samples earlier.

For private label order, we recommend you should select Standard shipping on the checkout page. It usually takes 15-25 working days. and you will not have to pay customs duties.
